DOES YOUR COMPANY FOLLOW ANY CODES OF PRACTICE?
Yes. We will shortly be members of the SAFEBUY Assurance Scheme for web-based retailers which is operated by Software Research Ltd. It is endorsed by TrustUK, the industry self-regulatory body set up by Which? and the Alliance for Electronic Business, supported by the UK Government. Members of the Scheme are required to:
Adhere to the terms of the Sale of Goods Act, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications; Conform to the Data Protection Act 1998; Provide security for the processing of credit card transactions; Include physical location and contact details for themselves on their website; Display the total price consumers must pay for goods including delivery costs and provide a clear explanation of the delivery procedures; Advise the consumer if 'cookies' are required for the processing of data; Not use 'spam' for marketing purposes & Avoid exploitation of children.

AM I TAKING A CHANCE ORDERING GOODS FROM A COMPANY THAT I HAVE NEVER USED?
No. Remember that any purchase you make from us using your credit card is covered by the Consumer Credit Act. This means that the credit card Company is jointly liable for any failure on our part in supplying goods to you. In other words, if we fail to deliver, you don't have to pay! We are also legally bound by the Sale of Goods Act and EU Distance Selling Regulations, which all web based retailers must comply with. These regulations have been designed to protect you the CONSUMER!

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD & DEBIT CARD ORDERS OVER THE INTERNET?
Yes we accept all major credit & debit cards including: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, EUROCARD, SWITCH, MAESTRO, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON, DELTA and JCB.

IS YOUR METHOD OF PROCCESSING CREDIT & DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE?
Yes it is. All credit and debit card transactions are encrypted and are processed via one of the world’s leading on-line payment providers – PROTX and in conjunction with STREAMLINE (part of Nat West Bank). Your card details are encrypted using the latest software and are processed using a secure server. At no stage during transmission over the web are your details visible. Once your payment has been authorised we are provided with a confirmation of order and details of delivery/invoice address. WE DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR CARD DETAILS AT ANY STAGE! I AM STILL WORRIED ABOUT SENDING MY CARD DETAILS OVER THE NET, CAN I SEND THEM SEPERATLEY?
Yes there is. You can use our on-line ordering system to order your goods and at the Checkout Stage simply opt to send your payment details separately. You can then phone, fax or post your details to us. We will have already been notified of your order and we will reserve the item(s) for 7 days. CAN I PAY BY ANY OTHER METHOD?
Yes. We are able to accept payment by BACS, cheque, postal orders and cash. Simply print out your completed order form and send it to us with your chosen method of payment. In the case of BACS payments please contact us for relevant bank details.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRIVACY?
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: to enable us to process your order and to provide you with an efficient service. We never pass on your information to any other organisations or traders, except where we are obliged to do so by law. We may occasionally pass on your address only in the case of a confirmed order to enable goods to be dispatched to you directly by a third party. The type of information we collect about you includes name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We never collect sensitive information about you and the information we hold will be accurate and upto date. Your credit/debit card information is NOT STORED anywhere and you will need to re-input it every time you order. WHAT ABOUT UNSOLICITED MAIL?
We will not send unsolicited e-mails to you unless it is in connection with a confirmed order. From time to time we will run special promotions, details of which will be sent to customers on our mailing list. HOW CAN I CONVERT STERLING PRICES TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
Anybody wishing to work out the equivalent price in their national currency should click on the http://www.xe.net/pca/ & follow the instructions on-screen. Please be aware the price given is a snapshot taken at the exchange rate in force at that time. This may not correspond exactly to the price subsequently charged to you when your card company processes the transaction.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE DELIVERY OF AN ITEM AND DECIDE IT IS NOT SUITABLE?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases every time you do business with us. So to make things simple we offer a “NO QUIBBLES GUARANTEE”. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply tell us upon receipt of the goods and return them in their original condition within 10 days (14 days if you live outside the UK) - we will then issue a full refund. If you are returning goods as a result of our error, we will also refund the delivery charge. To make a return, please wrap the goods in secure packaging enclosing a note telling us why you are returning them. Please obtain a written receipt from whomever you chose to return the goods with (i.e. proof of postage). This guarantee is given in addition to your statutory rights.

ARE THERE ANY PLANS TO EXTEND THE RANGE OF PRODUCTS YOU OFFER?
Yes we will. Given the fact that Health and Safety Legislation continually changes as do fashion trends, it is highly likely that we will add additional products to our range. New products will be posted on our LATEST NEWS section prior to being incorporated into our ON-LINE STORE.

DO YOU PRODUCE A PRINTED BROCHURE?
Our product range is changing all the time and we have found that as soon as we produce a brochure new products are being added to it, this means that you have to wait till the next brochure is printed before you can see what new products are available - not a good thing! What we tend to do is produce smaller leaflets more frequently and these are sent direct to our existing customers, however, we do intend producing a series of small brochures in due course. Each brochure will cover a specific group of products i.e. chefswear, healthcare clothing, hi viz garments, footwear and personal protective equipment etc. This will ensure that the customer receives a more relevant brochure tailored to his/her specific needs. We will also be able to quickly re-print them as required.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Our ordering system is easy to follow and has been specially designed to save you time and effort. We have a secure online ordering system in our ON-LINE STORE. It is just like shopping at your local supermarket. You can add or remove any item you wish to your shopping cart (trolley). When you have finished, you complete the order by checking out. At this stage you will be asked to provide your delivery and payment details. You can either enter your credit/debit card details or opt to send them separately by fax, telephone or post.

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE OR FAX?
Yes you can, simply fax or telephone your order to us at your convenience. We will need the PRODUCT CODE(S), QUANTITY REQUIRED, DELIVERY/INVOICE ADDRESS & YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS. This service is available 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 0930am to 4pm on Saturday. Outside these hours your call will be answered by our voicemail system.

CAN YOU SUPPLY ME IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes. We can send our products to virtually anywhere in the world! It is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarise yourself with the relevant Customs Legislation and remember additional carriage charges will apply.

Yes we do! Although we believe that our prices are extremely competitive, we do offer further discounts to our customers based on quantity, as a rule your initial order will need to exceed £300 (excluding vat & carriage).
